Many textbooks and other course materials do not automatically reflect the experiences of LGBTQ students; especially LGBTQ students of color. Faculty can remedy this! Come learn how to easily update your Powerpoints, Canvas pages, and other materials with Open Educational Resources. We'll showcase a revised Butte College Psychology and a Biology text. We'll hear from Rachel in the library about new OER image collections and answer your questions about making your online class and course materials queer affirming.
