| Fall 2022 Emergency Book Loan A limited number of Emergency Book Loans (up to $175) at Butte College Bookstore (subject to change) will be available August 24, 2022 for those students who are not eligible for the first financial aid disbursement for the Fall 2022 semester. 1st-come, 1st-served. Email the financial aid office at financialaid@butte.edu beginning Wednesday 8/24/2022 to request a book loan, we will not accept requests prior to this date. | |

The Nurturing Parenting Programs are a family-centered trauma-informed initiative designed to build nurturing parenting skills as an alternative to abusive and neglecting parenting and child-rearing practices. Dr. Stephen Bavolek is the founder of this evidence-based model.
This model is based on 5 nurturing areas.
Appropriate Expectations/Empathy/Non-Violent Discipline/Appropriate Family Roles/Power and Independence.
