3:00 PM - 4:30 PM RealResilience Workshop Series: REALResilience Skill - Repeat
FLEX # 512.9
The RealResilience workshop series is based on the idea that resilient individuals and communities are the result of healthy relationships. Lots and lots of healthy relationships. The goal of this workshop series, therefore, is to remind people how to relate to both themselves AND each other in ways that promote the dignity of all parties involved. Presented by Devjani (Juni) Banerjee-Stevens, PhD

Guiding Questions that We’ll Address:
• Why is this so hard?
• What does “breaking the cycle of trauma” look like?
• How and why do we “metabolize” traumatic events and stories?
• What systems might be in place that make it difficult to engage in the Relate-Regulate-Repair-Repeat cycle?
