Last day students can drop Spring 2024 classes for a "W" to appear on transcripts
WITH an instructor's approval for serious and compelling reasons sent to admissions@butte.edu. After
4/19, students must see a Counselor to petition for late withdrawal from
Spring 2024 classes. Courses beginning on a day other than 1/22 and/or
ending on a day other than 5/24 may have earlier or later withdrawal
dates.
