Event Description: FLEX # 754.22
This workshop briefly examines some commonly used terms and concepts in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) learning while contextualizing the impact of implicit bias, privilege, and systemic racism in customer service. The objective of this session is to increase both the individual and collective understanding and importance of equity-mindedness as a general practice. During this session, participants are invited to engage in conversation and interrogate their social constructs and biases in furtherance of providing excellent student support and customer service.
