Welcome back everyone! Navigating the new normal can be different and now more than ever we want to find neutral ground in learning to be safe, be present and be comfortable at Butte College. We acknowledge that the fires which are currently affecting our community can be a barrier, not to mention the fact that everyone must continue to do their part in fighting to stay clear of this global pandemic. But you are not alone! We are thinking of you, and that is why we are excited to invite you to join our workshop series “Self-Care & Evolving Together.”

We are thrilled to have our Butte College Mental Health Specialists, Hannah Horowitz & Karen Johnson, offer this important series of workshops. The primary goal of this workshop series is to help students, staff, and faculty build community through safe spaces and conversation.  The secondary goal is to provide practical tools for building a discipline of care and consciousness. The hope is that these skills will facilitate personal and interpersonal healing, post-trauma. Join us for one, two or the entire series. We welcome you however it works for you!
