Please join us from 12:00-2:00pm on Thursday, September 17 to commemorate Constitution Day. This year’s event is an online lecture from the Library of Congress, followed by a Zoom Q & A with Butte College History and Political Science faculty. The lecture title is: “The Bulwark of Freedom": African-American Members of Congress and the Constitution During Reconstruction. Registration (free) required for the lecture. See the attached flyer for a description of the lecture and to register, and for the Zoom details for the Q & A.
