Come and join Dtim Tatum in the studio for a live, easy, and fun workout or later at your convenience online. This is a Pilates Core training, designed for everyone with small tools such as an exercise ball, a resistance band and hand weights. Yes, it's easy but essential to improve muscular function, strengthening, and stabilization throughout your entire body. All you need to bring is yourself dressed in comfy workout attire, a yoga/Pilates mat and water. But what you take back with you is your stronger core and stronger core!
