New Faculty Orientation (NFO) is packed with essential information and resources for supporting newly hired full-time faculty. NFO offers information on tenure procedures, tips on navigating the college, advice on tapping resources to support teaching and student success, and key introductions to campus contacts and resources. NFO aims to build competence and community in the professional lives of faculty. Participants will leave with the knowledge and confidence that support a successful start at Butte College.
