Please join us for our (hopefully) annual Classified Senate bunco fundraiser. Bunco is an easy-to-learn dice game, and no experience is necessary! There is a $10 entry fee and includes a pizza and salad lunch, opportunities to win fabulous prizes, and the chance to visit with friends and colleagues you might not normally see often. The Safe Zone training at Butte is a 3-hour introductory training that invites participants to learn about LGBTQ+ issues, provide resources, and create a supportive environment for LGBTQ+ students, faculty, and staff exploring issues of sexual identity, gender identity, and gender expression. Your Safe Zone certification expires every two years. This is because terminology and queer culture changes and also because we're all learning. We can always use updating and practice! Join us. | |
4:00 PM - 5:00 PM | Surviving Critical Incidents FLEX # 754.13
How should you react during a critical incident? What actions can you take to ensure your survival and the survival of those around you? We will teach these skills through video and discussion. We will also cover existing emergency procedures such as lockdown and evacuation. It will end with an open question and answer session with members of your Police Department. | |
