Is based on teaching competency areas. It helps parents improve their nurturing in 5 areas. It focuses on respect and dignity for self, others, and the environment.

The 2020 census of Mexico revealed 2.5 million people self-identify as Afromexican or Afrodescendent. This was the subject of a Fulbright-Hays Seminar Abroad program I completed Summer 2021. I will share my findings, highlighting the role of arts and culture in the story of race, racism, liberation, and education.
