Dash To Success is Butte Colleges next phase of Guided Pathways. This effort is focused on advancing equity, transforming the institution, redefining readiness by putting students first and the redesign of student supports. This workshop will provide an overview of the national and statewide context of Guided Pathways as well as the policy context that guides the work. Learn about Butte College's Guided Pathways structure through the Dash To Success Lead Team and the alignment of the priority projects with the Student Equity Plan and Butte College's Six Strategic Initiatives.
