Federal Student Loan
For the 2016-2017 academic year, Federal Student loan applications will be available on August 1st 2016. Applications can be picked up at the main office or at the Chico Center. In order to pick up an application you must have the following:
- You must have received a 2016-2017 Financial Aid Award Notification
email.
- You must be registered in and actively attending a minimum of 6
units (at least half-time) per semester. If you are on an Excess Units
Petition, you must be enrolled in at least 6 approved units.

- Last disbursement date for FALL 2015-SPRING 2016 will be August, 25th.

The annual Transfer Day Fair will be held on Tuesday, September 13th on the Campus
Center lawn. We anticipate 25 or more public, private and out-of-state schools who will be
available to answer questions about academic programs and admission requirements for their school. This year we will also be hosting Butte College departments that offer Associate Degree Transfer majors (ADT's). They will be available to answer any questions about their programs and information about how the ADT can give admission priority to students wanting to transfer to a CSU campus.
