| 6:30 PM - 6:30 PM | 51st Annual Commencement – Virtual Celebration
Each year at the conclusion of the Spring semester Butte College holds a Commencement ceremony for the year's graduates and graduate candidates. Due to COVID-19 this year's ceremony will be held virtually at 6:30 pm on Friday, June 19, as a way to celebrate our graduates' remarkable academic accomplishments in their graduating term. In addition to the virtual celebration, this year's graduates will be invited to participate in the Spring 2021 Commencement ceremony next May. Graduates may choose to participate in the virtual Commencement celebration on June 19, an in-person Commencement celebration in May 2021, or choose to participate in both.
Graduates will receive a link to be able to stream the ceremony with their families and friends.

The Butte-Glenn Community College District is governed by its seven-member, locally elected Board of Trustees and a student board member. The board is responsible for the educational, physical, and financial well-being of the district.
The Board of Trustees holds a regular public meeting once a month during the academic year. Regular board meetings convene at 1 p.m. in the Board Room, Student Administrative Services building (SAS 360), 3536 Butte Campus Drive, Oroville, CA 95965, unless otherwise posted.
