Not letting circumstances define her, Mayor Didbal redefined and empowered herself to be the catalyst to transform gender roles and take a seat at the table as an equal counterpart in order for her voice to be heard. Women today are rising above but we have much work to do...perseverance!	Main Campus

11:00 AM - 12:15 PM	Gendered Communication in the Workplace Deb McCabe, Laura Rapozo-Davis & April Kelly Gender impacts how we talk to each other and can lead to misunderstanding in the workplace. After learning some fundamentals of the feminine vs. masculine communication style and reviewing research regarding gendered workplace communication, attendees will explore best practices in the context of typical workplace misunderstanding scenarios.
