Underserved populations are among those disproportionately impacted in higher education and in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics) industries. But what is 'underserved' and who does it include? Speaker will discuss a variety of techniques and things to consider when working with student populations that can bolster a sense of belonging, validation and ultimately the engagement of underserved individuals.
