2:00 PM - 3:00 PM | A.S. Fireside Debates: Student Government Forum The Butte College Speech and Debate Team and the Butte College Associated Students will host “Fireside Debates” this April in the Campus Center Lounge. The event is designed to engage students in the debate process and create awareness around civic engagement. Audience participation is encouraged and a facilitated question and answer session will take place at the end of the debate. This event is free to students, faculty and staff and will include beverages and light snacks.
