Based on recent legislation, the college is required to set goals in a variety of areas aligned with the California Community Colleges Vision for Success. At this session, participants will learn about the process the college is using to establish goals, the draft goals that have been set, and how these are aligned with system objectives. Participants will also have the opportunity to provide their ideas for how the goals can be achieved.
