​This year’s schedule brings award-winning novelist Chitra Banerjee Divakaruni, who will read from her latest novel, Before We Visit the Goddess, on Friday, April 22nd for an evening reception. Our reception is free and open to the public with refreshments served and a no-host bar available at Roots Catering & Restaurant, 3221 Esplanade, Chico, at 7:30 p.m. Divakaruni will also lead a workshop at the conference on Saturday.
