Stress Management: Anger, Sadness, Anxiety, Grief and Relationships |
|
Event Description: Most kinds of stress can be described in terms of conflict within the brain. The older part, the "downstairs brain," conflicts with the newer part, the "upstairs brain." Both sets of structures work to help us survive, but they don't always agree about what best serves survival. In this class, you'll come to understand the roots of that conflict and learn what you can do to take the power our of your stress.
