The Safety Committee invites you to the Butte College Safety Fair!
When: Today, Tuesday, March 15, 2016
10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Location: Center for Excellence
• Drop-in and enjoy the refreshments, enter the drawings to win a prize and checkout the booths and giveaways.
• Faculty will have the opportunity to earn flex credits.
• You can learn about safety awareness and injury prevention while having fun at the same time!
• All employees, including student assistants, are invited!
Prizes:
• Visit all the booths or complete a survey at the end of your visit to earn a raffle ticket!
• Check the Safety Fair web page and the Facilities Planning and Management’s Facebook and Twitter pages for more ways to win at the Spin It to Win game.
Booths:
• Butte College Safety Committee
• Keenan and Associates will do hands-on demonstrations for proper ergonomics workstation setup.
• Butte College Police will provide information related to campus safety.
• Red Wing Brands of America will demonstrate the importance of footwear protection. *A Premium Footbed will be raffled.
• Hogue Office Furniture and Project Management will have samples of ergonomic furniture. *Sit-stand desk and other furniture will be available for you to try.
• Office Depot, Safeguard Fire Protection, and California Product and Safety Supplies will have various samples of products and educational materials to help provide you with a safe working environment. *Five CPR classes will be raffled by California Product and Safety Supplies.
