Event Description:
The Butte College Safety Committee is offering a workshop on defensive driver training and property care. The workshop will be held on Tuesday, March 15, 2016 from 11:30-12:30 in the Center for Excellence. Lunch will be provided. Please RSVP to Professional Development at mayfieldba@butte.edu.
The first half of the workshop will be for all Butte College employees and volunteers operating any District vehicles. This training is required every two years with a refresher recommended annually. This workshop is presented by Keenan and Associates. The second half of the workshop will focus on the care and protection of property (personal or District), the everyday ways that employees can help reduce the risk of theft, and the security conditions that attract criminals. This workshop will presented by Butte College Police. |
