The Training Place is offering a series of free two-hour, interactive Resiliency Zone Training workshops in October. All employees are invited to learn about the impact of trauma and chronic stress on the nervous system and how resiliency can be restored or increased using this skills-based approach while at work or at home. Workshops are from 9-11:00am, and titles include Resiliency Zone Awareness on October 1, Self-Care on October 8, Empathy on October 13, and Stress Mastery on October 21. | |

Join us to learn how to build healthier relationships through communication. This class will teach parents more advanced practice in their existing communication skills as well as learn a few more. Relationships will be elevated and enhanced as a result of practicing these next level strategies.
