Blanca will offer another Wellness related and Flex-eligible workshop in November 17, 12:30 pm -Introduction to the Bioenergies in the Body-Part I Room to be confirmed.

We have more than a physical body! According to Professor Emeritus of Physiological Science at UCLA... Blanca introduces the energy centers, called chakras, and hands-on experience of these energy fields.
