The Butte College Associated Students are hosting a special event titled, Freaky Friday Dance n’ Skate, at CalSkate FunLand at 2465 Carmichael Drive, Chico on Friday October 28 from 8 p.m. – midnight. Butte College students will receive free entry and free skate rental.
8 p.m. (Doors open) - Midnight
Freaky Friday Dance n’ Skate will be a night of skating, dancing, and fun! The CalSkate rink will be open for skating and as well as dancing with a partitioned off dance floor. Throughout the night there will be games and contests for Butte College prizes! Arcade and concession stand will be open to guests.
10 p.m. Halloween Costume Contest
Students are encouraged to come in their Halloween costumes and participate in the Halloween Costume Contest at 10 p.m.!
1st place - $50 gift card to the Butte College Bookstore
2nd place - $25 gift card to the Butte College Bookstore
3rd place - $15 gift card to the Butte College Bookstore
This event is sponsored by the Butte College Associated Students and funded with the Butte College Student Activity Fee as a safe and sober activity for students on Halloween weekend. Butte College student status will be verified at the door with Butte College ID number. Free for Butte College students. No entry for non-Butte College students. All ages welcome.
