Event Description:

Breaking the bonds of codependency in narcissistic relationships allowing for the growth of authentic self love. I will discuss the foundations of trauma and how they are rooted in the relationships we have and choose for ourselves. Also discussing trauma bonding and why it is so hard to leave. I will discuss tools one can use in the healing process.
