1:30 PM - 2:00 PM Healthy Relationships Week - Boundaries: "No is a complete sentence" - Anne Lamott

Lets focus on boundaries! Boundaries form the basis of all relationships – romantic, friendships, roommates, or familial. This presentation is on how clear, healthy boundaries can lead to happier relationships and lives.

3:00 PM - 4:00 PM Healthy Relationships Week - Our Journey to Self Care
Healthy Relationships Week
In this workshop, we will explore the meaning of self-care in cultures where traditionally the primary role of womxn is that of a caregiver, nurturer. Throughout generations, Black, Indigenous, Womxn of Color have neglected and sacrificed their mental and emotional wellbeing for the sake of others and it's time to change that narrative.
