The deadline for Admissions & Records to electronically verify an ADT Degree (students applying for CSU in Spring 18) is Thursday, October 26, 2017.

Here are the steps that must be taken in order for an Evaluator to verify an ADT Degree:

 1)      The student must have self-reported that they will be receiving an ADT Degree on the Cal State Apply www.calstate.edu/apply site by August 31, 2017.

2)      The student must have a matching ADT Graduation Application on file with Admissions and Records by Thursday, October 26^th.  Late ADT Graduation Applications will not be verified electronically.

3)      Evaluators will not be able to eVerify the ADT Degrees until both steps have been completed.  The list of student names who are eligible to be verified electronically via the CSU eVerification site will not be available until after September 18th. 

LATE Graduation Applications Received after the October 26^th deadline should follow these steps:

 1)      The student may use a copy of their Graduation Application as their ADT verification. 

2)      They will need to send copies of their Graduation Application to each of the CSU’s where they have applied. 

3)      Any errors on the Cal State Apply website regarding the title of the ADT Degree (like Art History when they really meant Studio Arts, etc.)  for which they intend to pursue needs to be corrected by contacting the CSU Admissions Office & following up with a paper verification (copy of their Graduation Application).
