Event Description:
FLEX # 385
The Design Team is a cross-functional campus team that has created a Student Success Team (SST) prototype that will pilot in the spring of 2023. The Butte College SST model is using a data driven cohort management approach to assist students from entry to completion. The Design team has focused the pilot on students that are identified in the student equity plan to focus holistic support that leads to equitable success and completion. The work will share how the SST will bring together Student Services and Instruction with the goal of increased collaboration to create student pathway solutions that are proactive and personalized.
