The Safe Zone training at Butte is a 3-hour introductory training that invites participants to learn about LGBTQ+ issues, provide resources, and create a supportive environment for LGBTQ+ students, faculty, and staff exploring issues of sexual identity, gender identity, and gender expression. Your Safe Zone certification expires every two years. This is because terminology and queer culture changes and also because we're all learning. We can always use updating and practice! Join us. |
