We know that students who feel more connected to their college are more likely to be retained, persist from semester to semester, and complete their academic goals. At Butte College we've long had many ways, both formal and informal, of helping students feel this connection. Now, funded by the Chancellor's Office, we have been approved
for the "Caring Campus" framework which is designed to create and cultivate caring environments through the intentional inclusion of all staff in student success efforts.
